The heartbeat of Elontec is giving back to the community by donating Time, Talent and Treasure. As employers, we nurture a culture of service by hiring personnel from charitable organizations and supporting our staff to serve the community. As a business, we invest in local charities and nonprofit organizations by donating time, money and resources, including delivery trucks, to local agencies. As CEO, Ginger Clayton serves on multiple boards of directors, teaches children about philanthropy and leads her own nonprofit, the Diaper Bank of Central Arizona. Helping others is a way of life, and we hope to inspire others to adopt giving as a lifestyle.
We love many organizations. Below are some of the organizations we support, and we urge you to give in any way you can.
Diaper Bank of Central AZ
Founder, est. 2013
The Diaper Bank of Central Arizona is operated primarily by volunteers and the Elontec team. It was established to help break the cycle of poverty by filling a need in our community with which Ginger Clayton has personal experience. In order to drop children off at daycare, parents must supply caretakers with diapers, yet WIC and other government assistance programs do not cover this expense. In order to empower parents to go to work, the Diaper Bank supplies over a million diapers annually to 35 area agencies that serve families. We motivate children in local school districts to organize efforts to give back through the Elontec School Diaper Challenge to ensure the cycle of giving continues.

Board of Directors: 2005 - Present
In addition to serving on the Board, Ginger was involved in the Annual Baby Diaper Drive, from volunteering, holding drives and eventually chairing the diaper drive from 2005-2013, when she recognized a larger need for diapers in the community and founded the Diaper Bank of Central Arizona. She continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Homeward Bound, a nonprofit serving homeless families with a program of services that include transitional housing, financial case management, educational support and employment assistance.
Kitchen on the Street
Elontec is pleased to provide crewed delivery trucks to Kitchen on the Street on a regular basis. Donating our large commercial vehicles to this cause enables Kitchen on the Street to deliver “Bags of Hope” on Friday afternoons to area schools. 25% of Arizona children struggle with food insecurity, and these bags of nutritious, nonperishable items ensure they are fed during weekends and school breaks. In addition to providing delivery trucks and service, our staff participates in food drives and volunteers at food-packing events. Monthly, we contribute to Kitchen on the Street’s far-reaching efforts by delivering thousands of backpacks of food to Arizona children.
CASA, The Center for the Prevention of Abuse and Violence
Elontec donates time and resources as well as in-kind services including furniture, relocation and cabling to CASA so they can spend their time and money focusing on their mission. CASA educates teachers, students and parents to prevent bullying, sexual abuse and dating violence. They promote awareness of the value of emotional intelligence (EQ) and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) in prevention of and recovery from unhealthy relationships. Ginger Clayton served on the Board of Directors for eight years as the President, and is still a fierce advocate for their mission.
St. Mary's Food Bank
St. Mary’s focuses on fighting hunger that exists in our communities, both local and global. Elontec has donated $11,000 worth of bakery goods and is helping to put food on the shelves of our local hungry families. Elontec has also hosted food drives for Local and National Disaster Relief Efforts and we have donated our vehicles to deliver over 250,000lbs of food to communities.
Water 4 Kids International
Our staff sponsored a fundraising drive, raising $10,150 to drill a well in Buranga, Uganda. The well provides clean water to a community of 10,000. Before the well, they had to walk four miles to collect muddy, disease-infested water which was responsible for the deaths of 75% of their population.
AZ Women’s Education and Employment (AWEE)
AWEE helps women and men achieve economic independence through job training, life skill training and career networking that connects employees with employers. We have helped through the donation of our time for their annual Faces of Success Luncheon and through donation of our products and services. Elontec is also happy to donate our crewed delivery trucks for events such as the Cocktails & Clothes fundraiser, which collects funds and donations of professional clothing to support the organization’s mission. Elontec has hired employees from AWEE who turned out to be some of our hardest and most loyal employees.
Special Olympics of AZ
Elontec has sponsored events hosted by Special Olympics of Arizona, including the Breakfast With Champions function and the Olympic games. Special Olympics of Arizona inspires and empowers children and adults with disabilities to harness their natural leadership skills and pursue success. Elontec provided teams of employees to help facilitate the Special Olympics games. While participating, our employees get to see the joy and accomplishments these athletes achieve. What an honor to be part of such a great organization.

Feed My Starving Children
Elontec donates time and resources as well as in-kind services including furniture, relocation and technology. Our staff has donated time volunteering at meal-packing events, helping Feed My Starving Children deliver nutritional packages to children in crisis areas worldwide. Elontec shut down our office for half the day and packed thousands of meals that were shipped to feed children in the Philippines.
Hope 4 Kids International
Hope 4 Women International
We sponsored the Dress a Girl Around the World campaign. Elontec staff led a community volunteer effort to make 200 dresses for girls in India who may otherwise have never owned a new dress.
